摘要
为贯彻落实党的十九大和十九届五中全会精神,进一步落实提升学校的教书育人水平,双减政策应运而生。中小学要有效地开展心理健康教育工作,就必须对自身因素及所处大环境进行全面深入的分析,了解自身的优势及不足,权衡客观环境的利弊,才能有针对性地开展中小学生心理健康教育工作。文章采用SWOT分析法,即优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机遇(Opportunities)与挑战(Threats)分析框架,对中小学心理健康教育工作中存在的关键因素进行系统性评估。旨在通过SWOT分析,揭示当前心理健康教育工作中的优势与潜力,识别存在的不足与限制,把握外部环境带来的机遇,同时预判可能面临的挑战。本文将提出一系列具体、可行的策略与建议,旨在推动中小学心理健康教育工作向更加深入、有效的方向发展,以促进学生的全面发展与健康成长。To implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, and to further enhance the educational quality and teaching standards of schools, the “Double Reduction” policy has emerged. In order to effectively carry out mental health education in primary and secondary schools, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of both internal factors and the broader environment in which they exist. Understanding one’s own strengths and weaknesses, and weighing the pros and cons of the objective environment, is essential for targeted mental health education programs for primary and middle school students. This article employs the SWOT analysis framework, which includes the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, to systematically evaluate the key factors in the mental health education work of primary and secondary schools. The aim of the SWOT analysis is to reveal the existing strengths and potentials in mental health education, identify the shortcomings and limitations, seize the opportunities brought by the external environment, and predict the challenges that may arise. This article proposes a series of specific and feasible strategies and suggestions aimed at promoting the deeper and more effective development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools, thereby fostering the comprehensive and healthy development of students.
