城市社区党组织领导核心作用发挥现状与提升路径研究——以冉家坝社区为例

城市社区党组织在城市社区治理中占据领导核心地位,必须坚持党对一切工作的领导,着力增强城市社区党组织的治理能力。在城市社区党组织发挥领导核心作用过程当中,仍然存在问题,文章选取了重庆市冉家坝社区,针对该社区党组织领导核心作用发挥现状提出具体的提升路径,包括进一步加强社区党组织队伍建设、提升党员素质,优化党组织领导力;提高服务质量、创新服务手段,提升党组织服务能力;有效整合城市社区资源以建立共建共享机制,增强党组织凝聚力,从而更好地实现人民日益增长的美好生活需要,进而承担起正确引领和科学推动社会治理能力和治理体系现代化的重要使命。Party organizations in urban communities occupy the leading core position in urban community governance, so we must adhere to the leadership of the Party in all work and focus on strengthening the governance ability of party organizations in urban communities. In the process of urban community party organization playing the leading core role, there are still problems. Various measures should be further optimized, so it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of community Party organizations and innovating service quality of urban community Party organizations and innovating service means;Effective integration of urban community resources to establish a mechanism for co-construction and sharing, so as to better meet the people’s growing needs for a better life, and thus assume the important mission of correctly leading and scientifically promoting the modernization of social governance and governance system.
