基于协同理论的高职教育产教融合优化策略研究

摘要 文章基于协同理论,深入探讨高职教育产教融合机制的内涵、特征及其优化策略。通过理论研究、案例分析、问卷调查和访谈等多种研究方法,全面分析了当前高职教育产教融合的现状,提出了针对不同类型高职院校和不同专业特点的优化策略。文章还关注新技术、新产业、新业态的发展对高职教育产教融合的新要求,并提出了利用新技术、新模式推动产教融合深化发展的具体建议。This article is based on the theory of collaboration, and explores in depth the connotation, characteristics, and optimization strategies of the integration mechanism of industry and education in higher vocational education. Through various research methods, such as theoretical research, case analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the current situation of industry education integration in higher vocational education, and optimization strategies were proposed for different types of higher vocational colleges and different professional characteristics. This article also focuses on the new requirements of the development of new technologies, industries, and formats for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education, and proposes specific suggestions for using new technologies and models to promote the deepening development of industry education integration.
