大学生感恩与主观幸福感的关系:应对方式的中介作用

摘要 目的:探讨大学生感恩、应对方式和主观幸福感之间的关系。方法:采用《多维感恩量表》《简易应对方式量表》以及《幸福感指数量表》,随机抽取388名大学生作为被试进行问卷调查并收集数据分析。结果:1) 感恩和主观幸福感存在显著正相关。2) 积极应对方式对主观幸福感有正向预测作用。3) 消极应对方式对主观幸福感有负向预测作用。4) 应对方式在感恩与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。结论:大学生感恩不仅直接影响主观幸福感,并且通过影响积极应对和消极应对的应对方式,进一步影响主观幸福感。Objective: To explore the relationship between gratitude, coping style and subjective well-being of college students. Methods: A total of 388 college students were randomly selected as subjects to conduct questionnaire surveys and data analysis using the Multidimensional Gratitude Scale, the Simple Coping Style Scale and the Well-Being Index Scale. Results: 1) There was a significant positive correlation between gratitude and subjective happiness. 2) Positive coping style had a positive predictive effect on subjective well-being. 3) Negative coping style has a negative predictive effect on subjective well-being. 4) Coping style plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being. Conclusion: College students’ gratitude not only directly affects subjective well-being, but also further affects subjective well-being by influencing the coping styles of positive and negative coping.
