摘要
从积极心理学视角出发,使用问卷调查对612名高等职业院校学生的智能手机成瘾程度与心理资本的四个维度(自我效能感、希望、乐观、韧性)进行分析,探讨高职学生智能手机成瘾与心理资本之间的关系。结果显示智能手机成瘾与心理资本各维度呈显著负相关,即智能手机成瘾程度越高,学生的自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性水平越低。同时,心理资本对手机成瘾具有显著的负向影响,即个体如果具有较高的心理资本,更能够降低手机成瘾的风险,能更有效地管理自己的手机使用行为。根据研究结果,进一步探讨积极心理学干预措施,通过提升心理资本,预防和降低学生的智能手机成瘾程度,对高职院校心理健康教育有积极意义。Starting from the perspective of positive psychology, this study used a questionnaire survey to analyze the degree of smartphone addiction and the four dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience) among 612 vocational college students, and explored the relationship between smartphone addiction and psychological capital among vocational students. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between smartphone addiction and each dimension of psychological capital, that is, the higher the degree of smartphone addiction, the lower the levels of students’ self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. At the same time, psychological capital has a significant negative impact on mobile phone addiction, meaning that individuals with higher psychological capital are more likely to reduce the risk of addiction and can more effectively manage their mobile phone usage behavior. Based on the research results, further discussions on positive psychological interventions are carried out, aiming to prevent and reduce the degree of smartphone addiction among students by enhancing psychological capital, which is of positive significance to the mental health education in vocational colleges.
