Practical Constraints and Practice Paths in the Cultivation of High-Quality Farmers under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

在乡村振兴的新阶段,强化高素质农民培育工作成为了推动乡村迈向高质量发展轨道、加速农业农村现代化的关键现实路径。对高素质农民培育在现实中不断在需求分析的精准性、培训方式的可持续性、师资队伍的适配性等方面存在现实瓶颈,文章从深化需求调研、创新培训模式、加强职业师资建设三方面提出实践路径,以突破高素质农民培育瓶颈,提升高素质农民培育的质量和效果,为农业现代化发展和乡村振兴提供有力的人才支撑。In the new phase of rural revitalization, strengthening the cultivation of high-quality farmers emerges as a pivotal and realistic pathway to propel rural areas towards a trajectory of high-quality development and expedite the modernization of agriculture and rural regions. However, the cultivation of high-quality farmers faces practical constraints in terms of the precision of demand analysis, the sustainability of training methodologies, and the compatibility of the teaching faculty. This paper proposes practice paths encompassing three primary aspects: deepening demand research, innovating training models, and enhancing the development of vocational educators. By adopting these strategies, we aim to overcome the bottlenecks in high-quality farmer cultivation, elevate the quality and effectiveness of such endeavors, and ultimately provide robust talent support for the advancement of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.
