在大健康战略深入实施的背景下,提升医学生的法治素养不仅是培养高素质医学人才的重要一环,也是推进全面依法治国、构建和谐医患关系、维护医疗领域健康发展的关键举措。文章首先探讨了新时代医学生法治素养提升在国家、社会、学校及个人四个维度的价值体现,进而从社会、学校、教师、个人四个视角提出了具体的实施路径,旨在促进医学生法治素养的全面提升,培养具备医药卫生专业和法治素养的复合型“新医科”人才。In the context of the deep implementation of the national health strategy, enhancing the legal literacy of medical students is not only an important link in cultivating high-quality medical talents, but also a key measure to promote comprehensive legal governance, build harmonious doctor-patient relationships, and maintain the healthy development of the medical field. This paper first explores the value of enhancing the legal literacy of medical students from the perspectives of the state, society, schools, and individuals in the new era, and then puts forward specific implementation paths from the perspectives of society, schools, teachers, and individuals to promote the comprehensive enhancement of the legal literacy of medical students and cultivate “new medical science” talents with professional and legal literacy.
