马克思劳动异化视域下的数字劳动异化研究

Research on Digital Labor Alienation from the Perspective of Marx’s Labor Alienation

在互联网迅猛发展下,社会中逐渐涌现出了许多具有新特点和新形态的劳动形式,非物质劳动越来越超越物质劳动,以数字信息为核心的算法技术催化了数字劳动的萌芽。然而,作为数字资本主义时代焕然一新劳动范本的数字劳动,并未使劳动者从异化情境中挣脱出来,它在劳动产品、劳动过程、人的类本质和人与人之间的关系等维度出现了异化现象。通过从多个角度探究“数字人”中的数字劳动异化问题,我们可以发现潜在的不合理因素,并且有助于激发“数字人”的主体意识,从而重塑数字生产的秩序。Under the rapid development of the Internet, many forms of labor with new characteristics and new forms have gradually emerged in the society. The non-material labor is increasingly surpassing the material labor, and the algorithm technology with digital information as the core has catalyzed the sprout of digital labor. However, digital labor, as a new model of labor in the era of digital capitalism, does not make workers get out of the alienated situation. It has alienated phenomena in the dimensions of labor products, labor processes, human nature and the relationship between people. By exploring the alienation of digital labor in “digital man” from multiple angles, we can find the potential unreasonable factors, and help to stimulate the subject consciousness of “digital man”, so as to reshape the order of digital production.
