社会网络、创业韧性对创业意向的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Social Networks and Entrepreneurial Resilience on Entrepreneurial Intention

摘要 研究基于社会认知理论,探讨了社会网络和创业韧性对创业意向的影响,并检验了创业韧性在社会网络与创业意向之间的中介作用。研究通过问卷调查收集了342份有效样本数据,运用SPSS软件进行描述性统计、相关分析和中介效应检验。研究发现:1) 社会网络对创业韧性和创业意向均具有显著的正向影响;2) 创业韧性在社会网络和创业意向之间起中介作用。Grounded in social cognitive theory, explores the impact of social networks and entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial intention, while also examining the mediating role of entrepreneurial resilience between social networks and entrepreneurial intention. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey, resulting in 342 valid responses, and analyzed using SPSS for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediation effect testing. The study found that: 1) Social networks have a significant positive impact on both entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial intention;2) Entrepreneurial resilience mediates the relationship between social networks and entrepreneurial intention.
