城市三级医院针对边疆基层医院对口支援政策实施以来,经过长期的发展,边疆基层居民看病难的问题得到了有效的缓解,提升当地的医疗服务水平。但是在发展的过程中仍然面临着一系列问题,制约了政策实施的效果。通过对这些问题进行梳理,进一步优化对口援助边疆基层医院政策结构,提升对口支援与当地环境协同发展、全方位提升城市三级医院对口支援的治理绩效。Since the policy of supporting border rural hospitals by tertiary hospitals in urban areas has been implemented, the problem of accessing medical services for residents in border rural areas has been effectively alleviated and the local medical service level has been improved. However, there are still a series of problems in the process of development, which restrict the effectiveness of the policy. By sorting out these problems, the policy structure of supporting border rural hospitals by tertiary hospitals in urban areas can be further optimized, and the governance performance of supporting border rural hospitals by tertiary hospitals in urban areas can be comprehensively improved through synergistic development with the local environment.
