“双碳”背景下数字技术赋能农业绿色转型的现存困境及践行路径

摘要 “双碳”目标是我国为推动全球生态文明建设所作的大国承诺,也是贯彻落实绿色发展理念的重要抓手。农业绿色发展是推进农业农村高质量发展和实现乡村振兴的重要途径。近年来,数字技术在农业领域内的应用与表现较为突出。“双碳”目标对农业发展提出了新要求,但我国农业绿色发展仍然面临问题与挑战。农业产业链脆弱,易受不良因素冲击,农户对农业绿色转型的观念认知不足,引领与扶持农业绿色转型的政策有待完善,数字技术运用的广泛性仍有所欠缺,技术投入成本过高,导致成本与收益不平衡。找出转型过程中的问题,探索出一条数字技术有效赋能农业绿色低碳发展的转型路线,多措并举助力数字技术推动农业绿色转型,为实现农业可持续发展提供科学指导和实践方案,更好促进农业绿色高质量发展。The “dual-carbon” goal is China’s great-power commitment to promoting the construction of a global ecological civilization and an important means of implementing the concept of green development. The green development of agriculture is an important way to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas and achieve rural revitalization. In recent years, the application and performance of digital technology in the field of agriculture has become more prominent. The “dual-carbon” goal has put forward new requirements for agricultural development, but China’s agricultural green development still faces problems and challenges. The agricultural industry chain is fragile and vulnerable to the impact of adverse factors, farmers do not have sufficient knowledge of the concept of green transformation of agriculture, the policies to lead and support the green transformation of agriculture need to be improved, the broadness of the use of digital technology is still lacking, and the cost of technology input is too high, resulting in an imbalance between costs and benefits. To identify the problems in the transition process, explore a transformation route that digital technology effectively empowers the green and low-carbon development of agriculture, and take multiple measures to help digital technology to promote the green transformation of agriculture, provide scientific guidance and practical solutions to achieve sustainable development of agriculture, and better promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture.
