大食物观视域下食物安全保障研究

摘要 大食物观是实现食物安全的有效方法,中国通过提出大食物观更深层次地实现食物安全。当今中国粮食安全是在口粮基础上实现绝对性安全,然而相较于饲料粮问题上仍面临巨大性挑战,其主要原因是国民对肉食类食品需求量逐年增加。首先在饲料粮方面,大豆自给面临的问题最突出;其次像玉米、小麦、稻米在进口来源方面也已经形成高度依赖。即使这样的问题日益严重,但是我国仍存在居民膳食不合理与食物浪费问题。在未来阶段仍需要在大食物观下拓展食物来源和丰富供给品类、树立健康膳食理念,建立健康营养型食物消费模式、优化农业生产区域布局,完善国外进口多元化、坚持藏粮于技,深入实施种业振兴技术、借助农机装备,增强粮食生产能力最终更好地实现食物安全的目标。The concept of a “big food” approach is an effective way to achieve food security, and China has implemented the concept of a “big food” approach to achieve food security at a deeper level. Today, China’s food security is based on meeting the needs of staple food, but it still faces huge challenges in terms of feed grains, mainly due to the increasing demand for meat products among the population. Firstly, the self-sufficiency of soybeans in feed grains is the most prominent problem;secondly, the import sources of corn, wheat, and rice have already become highly dependent. Despite these increasingly serious problems, there still exist issues of unhealthy diets and food waste among the population. In the future, we still need to expand food sources and diversify supply categories, promote a healthy diet concept, establish a healthy and nutritious food consumption pattern, optimize the regional layout of agricultural production, diversify foreign import sources, adhere to the principle of storing grain through technology, deeply implement the technology of food industry revitalization, leverage agricultural machinery and equipment, enhance grain production capacity, and ultimately achieve the goal of food security.
