高职生个人成长主动性与生活满意度的关系研究

摘要 选取重庆市各高职院校的615名高职生作为研究对象,采用《个人成长主动性量表》《生活满意度量表》对当前高职生个人成长主动性水平和生活满意度进行调查,并探讨二者关系,旨在为高职院校心理健康工作的开展提供新的思路和参考。结果发现:(1) 高职生个人成长主动性处于中等偏上水平,在性别和年级上存在显著差异;(2) 高职生生活满意度处于中等水平,在性别、年级和是否有留守经历上存在显著差异;(3) 高职生个人成长主动性总分及其四个维度均与生活满意度呈显著正相关;(4) 高职生个人成长主动性及其各维度均对生活满意度产生显著正向影响。结论:高职生的个人成长主动性与生活满意度显著相关,且个人成长主动性对生活满意度具有积极影响。A total of 615 higher vocational students from higher vocational colleges in Chongqing were selected as the research objects, and the personal growth initiative level and life satisfaction were investigated by using the Personal Growth Initiative Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale, and the relationship between the two was discussed, aiming to provide new ideas and references for the development of mental health in higher vocational colleges. The results showed that: (1) The personal growth initiative of higher vocational students was at the upper middle level, and there were significant differences in gender and grade;(2) The life satisfaction of higher vocational students was at a medium level, and there were significant differences in gender, grade and whether they had left-behind experience. (3) The total score of personal growth initiative and its four dimensions were significantly positively correlated with life satisfaction. (4) The personal growth initiative of higher vocational students and its dimensions had a significant positive impact on life satisfaction. Conclusion: The personal growth initiative of higher vocational students is significantly correlated with life satisfaction, and personal growth initiative has a positive impact on life satisfaction.
