新文科建设背景下高校复合型学前教育人才培养研究

摘要 在新文科背景下,随着社会需求的变化和学科交叉融合的趋势,培养具备多学科知识和跨领域能力的学前教育复合型人才成为必然。各地方高校应秉持协同共进、跨学科融合的理念,倡导、支持学前教育与心理学、管理学、信息技术等相关领域无边界融合,加强学生创新实践能力的培养。本文旨在从新文科背景出发探索学前教育专业复合型人才培养的融合实践路径,即从课程体系、教学团队、实践平台以及评价反馈等方面,提出无边界理念下的“多元共容、和谐共融、精彩共荣”培养路径。旨在打破学科的壁垒,促进知识、技能与素养的跨界融合,培养既具备学前教育专业知识,又能适应复杂多变社会需求的学前教育复合型人才。Under the background of the new liberal arts, with the change of social demand and the trend of interdisciplinary integration, it is inevitable to cultivate compound talents with multi-disciplinary knowledge and cross-field ability in preschool education. Local universities should uphold the concept of collaborative progress and interdisciplinary integration, advocate and support the borderless integration of preschool education with psychology, management, information technology and other related fields, and strengthen the cultivation of students’ innovative practical ability. This paper aims to explore the integrated practice path for the cultivation of compound talents in preschool education from the background of new liberal arts, that is, from the aspects of curriculum system, teaching team, practice platform and evaluation feedback, and put forward the cultivation path of “pluralism, harmony and integration, wonderful and common prosperity” under the concept of no boundaries. The aim is to break the barriers of disciplines, promote the cross-border integration of knowledge, skills and qualities, and cultivate preschool education compound talents who not only have professional knowledge of preschool education, but also can adapt to complex and changing social needs.
