乡村振兴视域下农民实现共同富裕的现实困境与实现路径

The Practical Dilemmas and Realization Path of Farmers’ Common Prosperity from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

共同富裕是中华民族全体人民百年奋斗的美好愿景,也是促进社会公平、提升人民幸福感的重要途径。而农民在实现这一目标过程中起着关键作用,因此推进乡村振兴战略是实现全体人民共同富裕的必经之路。但农民在实现共同富裕的道路中仍然存在一些困境,主要表现在:城乡发展不平衡、乡村现代产业发展困难、农民的主体参与性不强、农民轻视精神生活提升等现象。针对这种情况,应完善乡村公共资源配置、以农村产业振兴保障农民共同富裕、发挥农民主体性激发实现共同富裕的内生动力等路径来推进乡村振兴,实现共同富裕。Common prosperity is a beautiful vision that all the Chinese people have been striving for a century, and it is also an important way to promote social equity and enhance people’s happiness. Farmers play a key role in achieving this goal, so promoting the strategy of rural revitalization is the only way to realize the common prosperity of all people. However, there are still some difficulties in the road of common prosperity for farmers, which are mainly manifested in: unbalanced development of urban and rural areas, difficulties in the development of modern industries in rural areas, weak participation of farmers, and contempt for the improvement of spiritual life. In view of this situation, we should improve the allocation of rural public resources, ensure the common prosperity of farmers with the revitalization of rural industries and give play to the subjectivity of farmers to stimulate the internal power to achieve common prosperity and other ways to promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.
