大型连锁超市新生代员工敬业度提升对策探究

摘要 随着社会的快速发展,当代中国企业员工交替,“80、90后”新生代员工近年来已经逐步进入职场,正在成为企业发展的主力军。与此同时,新生代员工管理问题也随之越来越凸显,引起企业管理者和研究者的高度关注。本文通过问卷调查、文献研究等方法对大型连锁超市新生代员工敬业度进行研究,结合新生代员工的个性特点与工作行为等对新生代员工敬业度调查,找出影响新生代员工敬业度的影响因素并提出相应的对策。帮助企业吸引到高素质人才,发挥出新生代员工的潜能,提高工作的效率,为企业创造出更高的价值,提升企业的竞争力,对提升大型连锁超市新生代员工敬业度具有应用价值。 With the rapid development of society and the replacement of employeesin contemporary Chinese enterprises, “post-80s and post-90s” new generationemployees have gradually entered the workplace in recent years, and arebecoming the main force of enterprise development. At the same time, themanagement issues of new generation staff have become increasingly prominent,which has attracted the attention of business managers and researchers. Thispaper studies the new generation employee engagement in large supermarketchains by means of questionnaires and literature research, and combines thepersonality characteristics and work behavior of the new generation employee toinvestigate the new generation employee engagement, find out the influencingfactors of the new generation employee engagement and put forward correspondingcountermeasures, so as to help enterprises attract high-quality talents, givefull play to the potential of the new generation of employees, improve theefficiency of work, create higher value for enterprises, and enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises. It is of great value to enhance the engagementof the new generation of employees in large supermarket chains.
