摘要
笔者通过综述柑橘采后生理性变化和真菌性病害,并汇总近年来国内外有关柑橘保鲜的有效方法,为柑橘贮藏期柑橘的生理变化和保鲜方式提供有效思路。
In this paper, through elaborating relationships between major physiological disorders of citrus peel and the fungal disease, we summarize the effective preservation methods at home and abroad in recent years, which provides a theoretical basis for exploring the mechanisms and control methods of physiological disorders in citrus fruits.
