Karyotype Analysis of Xinxun No.3 Lavandula

本文采用酶解去壁低渗法对新薰3号的体细胞染色体进行核型分析。结果表明:新薰3号品种的体细胞染色体数目为2n = 50,其核型公式为2n = 2X = 50 = 50 sm,核型不对称系数为67.47%,核型类型为3A型。

The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis and low osmosis were used to analyse the cell chromosome karyotype of Xinxun No.1. The karyotype formula of Lavandula Xinxun No.3 is 2n = 2X = 50 = 50 sm, the asymmetry index (As.K%) is 67.47%. The chromosome karyotype belongs to “3A” type.
