摘要
叶绿体是绿色植物进行光合作用的重要细胞器,其备受研究学者的关注。目前对叶绿体的结构、功能等已有一定的研究基础,但具体叶绿体发育中叶绿素的代谢过程及调控的分子机制仍有待深入研究。本文从叶绿体的发育、叶绿素的合成以及分解代谢等方面进行概述,以期能更好地促进人们对叶绿体的了解。
Chloroplasts are important organelles for photosynthesis of green plants, and they are highly concerned by researchers. At present, there is a certain research basis for the structure and function of chloroplasts, but the molecular mechanism of chlorophyll metabolism and regulation in specific chloroplast development remains to be further studied. This article summarizes the development of chloroplasts, the synthesis of chlorophyll and catabolism, in order to better promote the understanding of chloroplasts.
