中药紫花前胡为伞形科植物紫花前胡(Peucedanum decusivum (Miq.) Maxim)的干燥根,为中国传统中药,具有降气化痰,散风清热之功效。通过参阅文献,对中药紫花前胡的植物来源、性状、鉴别内容、化学成分及药理作用进行综述。1) 来源:伞形科当归属植物紫花前胡。2) 性状:紫花前胡为多年生宿根草本植物,有一个肥大主根。3) 鉴别内容:对紫花前胡的性状,横切面特征及粉末特征进行鉴别。4) 化学成分及药理作用:根据不同实验研究结果表明,紫花前胡中含有的有效成分具有抗血小板活化因子(PAF)、祛痰、抗哮喘和抑制顺铂诱导的细胞凋亡等药理作用。紫花前胡在临床上的应用前景广阔,进一步研究开发具有很大意义。

By referring to the literature, the plant sources, traits, identification content, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine P. praecox were reviewed. The Chinese herbal medicine P. praecox is the dried root of the umbelliferous plant Peucedanum decusivum (Miq. Maxim). 1) Source: Umbrella Branches belong to the plant Peucedanum decusivum Radix. 2) Traits: Alfalfa is a perennial herb with a large main root. 3) Identification content: Identification of traits, cross-section features and powder characteristics of P. praecox. 4) Chemical composition and pharmacological effects: According to different experimental studies, the active constituents of praeruptorin have anti-platelet activating factor (PAF), sputum, anti-asthma and cisplatin-induced apoptosis and other pharmacological effects. The application of Peucedanum decusivum Radix in clinical application is promising, and further research and development is of great significance.
