摘要
研究植物体内元素的空间分布信息,不仅对于研究植物内部物质元素运移及积累机制有着重要作用,而且对土壤植物修复技术的发展具有重要意义。激光剥蚀–电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)技术对于探索植物基样品及植物内部微量元素具有高准确度、高精确度,并对植物基样品中元素分馏效应以及基体效应机理研究具有重要的作用,能够实现从组织水平揭示植物中元素富集和迁移规律。本文主要阐述LA-ICP-MS分析植物组织内元素的原位定量分析方法,以期为植物联合修复重金属及污染土壤提供理论依据。
Studying the spatial distribution information of elements in plants not only plays an important role in the study of the transport and accumulation mechanism of the elements in plants, but also has important significance for the development of soil phytoremediation technology. LA-ICP-MS technology has high accuracy and precision for exploring plant-based samples and trace elements in plants, and plays an important role in the study of elemental fractionation effect and matrix effect mechanism in plant-based samples. It can reveal the law of element enrichment and migration in plants from the organization level. This article mainly describes the in-situ quantitative analysis method of LA-ICP-MS to analyze the elements in plant tissues, in order to provide a theoretical basis for plant joint remediation of heavy metals and contaminated soil.
