流式细胞术是一种具有操作简单、方便快捷、灵敏、多参数同步检测优点的细胞分析技术,目前已经广泛地应用于细胞学、发育生物学、生理学、免疫学、分子生物学等诸多研究领域。本文简单介绍了流式细胞仪的工作原理,并对近年来流式细胞术在果树研究中的应用、关键点及应用前景进行了综述。

Flow cytometry is a simple, convenient, sensitive and multi-parameter simultaneous detection of cell analysis technology, which has been widely used in cytology, developmental biology, physiology, immunology, molecular biology and many other research fields. This paper briefly introduces the principle of flow cytometry, and summarizes the application, key points and prospect of flow cytometry in fruit crop research in recent years.
