Low carbon economy and low carbon technology have been the attention of the countries all over the world under the background of global climate change. Based on Chinese specific environment, from the influence of low- carbon-wave on Chinese industrial structure and national policy, the paper analyzed the influence and discussed coun- termeasures of low-carbon-wave to Chinese companies.
