摘要
本文为了了解在校大学生专业满意度的状况,在借鉴国内现有专业满意度研究的基础上,从专业培养方案,教师层面,管理层面建立了符合桂林电子科技大学商学院市场营销专业自身的评价指标体系,对营销专业学生的专业满意度现状进行了调查分析,得出以下结论:营销专业学生的整体专业满意度不高。最后从学校、学院和教师三个层面提出了相应的提升建议。本文可为学院专业改革、专业建设、教学管理提供现实的参考依据,也为兄弟院校专业设置提供借鉴。
In order to acquire the status of College Students’ major satisfaction degree, based on the research of existing domestic professional satisfaction degree, we build an evaluation system in line with marketing major of GUET business school from the aspects of training program, teacher level and management level, investigate the students’ major satisfaction of marketing major, and draw the following conclusions: the overall major satisfaction degree of marketing major’s students is not high. Finally, we put forward some suggestions from three levels: schools, colleges and teachers. The conclusion was offered as an important foundation to major reform, major construction and teaching management of GUET. It was also offered as a reference for major designing to other colleges.
