Teaching Reformation and Exploration of Civil Engineering in Talent Training Mode for Innovation and Enterprise

地方本科院校对学生的培养应紧紧围绕创新创业型人才这一目标进行,基于此,在土木工程专业教学改革中,致力于学生创新和创业能力的培养,在教学过程中突出工程实践,增强学生的实践创新能力,以更好地适应高校人才培养模式由以知识为中心向以能力为中心教育的转变。

According to teaching demands training high quality innovational and enterprising talents in local university, some reforming measures are taken in the teaching reform of civil engineering specialty to cultivate students’ innovative ability and students’ practice innovation ability. In teaching, engineering practice and the students’ engineering practice ability are given prominence in order to better meet the conversion of talent cultivation model in universities from knowledge-centered to competency-oriented.
