摘要
加拿大高校的合作教育Co-op模式享誉全球。通过分析加拿大滑铁卢大学和多伦多大学(士嘉堡校区)的“工”“学”交替的教学组织形式,阐述了其鲜明的特点,提出从教育资源配置、协同保障机制到积累实践知识、提升培养学生综合素质、促进就业等方面的成功经验;同时也指出了其存在的一些问题;最后对我国本科教育借鉴合作教育机制需要注意的一些方面提出了一些启示。
The co-operative higher education of Canada is well known around the world. In this paper, we presented the Co-op plan of UW and UTSC. The distinct advantages were described from the as-pects of students, employers and universities, including schedule, security system, employment promoting and so on. Also, we have studied the existing issues of Co-op. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to learn from Co-op.
