基于B-Learning的大学英语教师角色解构与重建

摘要 探究基于网络和课堂的混合式大学英语教学模式是当下大学英语教学改革发展的方向,而教师角色逐渐成为实现教育改革成功的关键。本文研究混合式学习中大学英语教师角色的解构和重建。针对信息技术与教育教学深度融合的新环境下,对混合式学习中教师角色进行分析、探索和定位,并提出努力构建大学英语教师角色转变的原则和实施途径,以促进学生更为有效地自主学习,力图使教师真正成为学生学习的促进者、指导者和设计者,使教师成为提高教学质量、培养学生综合素质、全面发展的“导演型教师”,为大学英语教学领域的教师角色研究提供参考。 The blended learning model has been the direction of the reform of college English teaching with development of the integration of information technology and education and teaching. This paper holds that it is vital and indispensable to analyze and explore the role of teachers at college English teaching. The emphasis of the paper goes to the deconstruction and reconstruction of college English teacher’s role in blended learning model under the new situation. With the reference of some practice at college, the author provides some basic principles and approaches to reconstruct a new role of teachers at college English teaching and learning models to promote personalized learning and optimize teaching methods as well. The paper ends with a conclusion that the change of role of college English teachers will enable the organic connection of on-line and off-line teaching to ensure the quality of English blended teaching and learning.
