This paper details the present situation of talent training mode in colleges at home and abroad, the theoretical innovation and implementation steps of “Combine Teaching with Competition” and “Happy Teaching” in the “double creation” talent training mode. This new mode is of great practical significance in improving professional skills and cultivating “double creation” ability of college students.
