专利教学对大学生创新能力的开拓与提升

The Development and Improvement of College Students’ Innovation Ability by Patent Teaching

大学生高等教育是我国教学体系中的一个重要组成部分,高等院校理应承担起大学生教育工作的责任。根据国家战略发展要求,未来社会需要更多具有创造意识、创新思维的新大学青年。因此高校如何结合专利培养大学生的创新能力是当前经济结构逐步转型形势下的一项意义重大的课题。本文阐述了专利与创造力之间的联系,通过从专利课程设置、专利创新制度、学生创新创造能力等方面分析目前专利教学的问题与不足,为高校教学体系的建设与完善提供了有益的借鉴。

The higher education of university students is an important part of the teaching system of our country,colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of undergraduate education.In accordance with the national strategic development requirements,the future society needs more young people with creative consciousness and innovative thinking.Therefore,how to train college students’innovation ability with patent is a significant subject under the situation of the gradual transformation of the current economic structure.This paper expounds the relationship between patent and creativity,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of patent teaching from the aspects of patent course setting,patent innovation system and students’innovation and creation ability,so as to provide beneficial reference for the construction and improvement of college teaching system.
