摘要
目的:探讨护理专业实习生实习初期人文关怀能力对职业认同感的影响。方法:对189名进入新疆某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院进行护理专业实习初期的实习学生进行问卷调查。结果:189名实习初期护理专业实习生的人文关怀能力总分为(70.98 ±6.26)分;职业认同感总得分为(36.71 ±5.96)分;人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分与职业认同感总分及各维度得分均呈显著正相关(P <0.05);人文关怀能力可以解释职业认同感26.7%的变异。结论:加强实习初期护理专业实习生的人文关怀能力的培养可以精准提高其职业认同感。
