摘要
研究生兼职辅导员作为高校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,能够有效增强工作力量、优化队伍结构、提升工作实效,为高校学生工作带来新的发展思路,展现出独特的现实价值。但在具体工作实践中也存在动机多样化、管理经验不足、工学矛盾突出、在岗稳定性差等现实问题,严重制约了研究生兼职辅导员队伍的建设与发展,也为高校学生工作带来新的难题。本文对研究生兼职辅导员的现实价值与问题进行了深入研究,并提出合理的对策建议,以期实现研究生兼职辅导员队伍的长效发展。
Postgraduates as part-time counselors are the important parts of the ideological and political work team in university;they can effectively enhance the strength of the work, optimize the structure of the team, and improve the effectiveness of the work, etc. They bring new ideas to the student work of university, and show their unique practical value. However, there are many practical problems, such as the diversification of motivation, the lack of management experience, the prominent contradiction between working and learning, and the poor stability of work, which seriously restrict the development of postgraduates part-time counselors, and also bring new problems to the student work of university. This paper studies the practical value and problems of postgraduates as part-time counselors, and gives proper countermeasure proposals to achieve the long-term development of postgraduates as part-time counselors.
