高校教师考核制度之我见

摘要 本文分析了教师考核制度的背景和高校教师考核制度的特点、存在问题,提出了完善我国高校考核制度的建议。我国高校考核制度以量化和重科研为主要特点,偏离了教育本质,不利于人才培养、教师的全面发展和教学科研的创新。为了增强高校教师的创新能力,响应国家整顿“四唯”,创建一流的号召,我国高校教师考核制度的制定应该站在教师的角度,因地制宜,分类考核,彰显教学中心地位,定量与定性结合,着眼长远和教师的全面发展,建立一套人性化、合理化、符合教育和人才培养规律的高校教师考核制度。 This paper dealt with the background, characteristic, problem and the improvement suggestions in the evaluation system of college teacher in China. The features of the evaluation system of college teacher are quantification and paying attention to scientific research, and this deviated from the essence of education is bad for talent training, teacher development and the innovation of teaching and scientific research. In order to promote innovation ability of college teachers and respond the call of rectifying Siwei and creating the first education, the formulation of the evaluation system of college teacher must be from the perspective of college teachers and according to high education conditions, set up diverse evaluation standards, combine quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation, look to the future and comprehensive development of teachers. It is essential to establish an evaluation system of college teacher witch will be full of humanity and rationality and in line with the regular of education and talent training.
