摘要 推进高校思想政治教育的协同工作,要注重协同育人理念的引领,通过制度构建来实现教育资源的提炼与整合,创新协同育人的方法,提高第一、第二课堂的协同合力,完善专业教师与思政教师的奖惩机制和考核机制,架构起专业教师与思政工作者两支队伍协同育人的路径,形成思政教育和专业教育的合力。 To promote the collaborative work of ideological and political education in colleges , we must pay attention to the guidance of the concept of collaborative education. Through the construction of systems, we can achieve the extraction and integration of educational resources, innovate colla-borative education methods, improve the synergy of the first and second classrooms, improve the reward and punishment mechanism and assessment mechanism for professional teachers and ideological and political teachers, set up a path of collaborative education between professional teachers and ideological and political teachers, and form a joint force of ideological and political education and professional education.
