To promote the collaborative work of ideological and political education in colleges , we must pay attention to the guidance of the concept of collaborative education. Through the construction of systems, we can achieve the extraction and integration of educational resources, innovate colla-borative education methods, improve the synergy of the first and second classrooms, improve the reward and punishment mechanism and assessment mechanism for professional teachers and ideological and political teachers, set up a path of collaborative education between professional teachers and ideological and political teachers, and form a joint force of ideological and political education and professional education.
