关于提高党校教育科学化水平的思考

党的理论教育和党性教育是党校工作的重心,加强党校党性教育是一项系统工程,也是一项长期任务。十八大以来,习近平总书记科学分析世情国情党情特别是干部队伍状况的新变化,反复强调要坚定党员干部的理想信念,补足共产党人精神上的“钙”;强调干部到党校学习,必须把坚定理想信念、提高思想政治水平放在首位;强调思想教育要突出重点,不断加强理论教育和党性教育。本文从充分认识加强和改进党校工作的必要性,坚持党校姓党的根本原则入手,分析了当前一些地方党校教育的突出问题,并有针对性地就完善和提高当前党校教育科学化提出建议。

The party’s theoretical education and party spirit education are the focus of the Party school work. Strengthening the party spirit education is a systematic project and a long-term task. Since the eighteen Congress, general secretary Xi Jinping has scientifically analyzed the new changes in the situation of the world, the party situation, especially the situation of the ranks of cadres. He has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen the ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres and make up for the “calcium” of the Communists. Starting from fully understanding the necessity of strengthening and improving the work of Party schools and adhering to the fundamental principle that party schools are named after the party, this paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the education of some local Party schools at present, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the current party school education in a scientific way.
