新工科背景下的智慧空管人才培养新模式探索

摘要 围绕民航大学交通运输专业“双一流”建设,根据民航十四五规划,打破传统交通运输学科领域界限,构建“人工智能 + 民航”的智慧空管多学科交叉新工科人才培养模式。为了彰显民航高校的人才培养优势和特色,以培养贴近空管战略需求的本科生所需要的能力和素质为目标,将OBE-CDIO融合到跨学院、跨学科、校企合作下的课程体系、师资团队、实践与创新体系、教学模式等全过程中,梳理人才培养过程中可能存在的问题与解决措施,为建设国家一流本科专业提供可借鉴的思路和方法。 Centering on the construction of “double first-class” in the transportation major of Civil Aviation University, according to the 14th five-year Plan of civil aviation, the traditional boundary of the transportation discipline is broken to construct a “artificial intelligence + civil aviation” intelligent air traffic control interdisciplinary new engineering talent training mode. In order to reveal advantages and characteristics of the school’s civil aviation personnel training, OBE-CDIO is integrated in the course system of organizational mode, faculty team, practice and innovation system, teaching mode and other processes under inter-college, inter-disciplinary and school-enterprise cooperation. This study aims to cultivate undergraduate students’ ability and quality close to the strategic demand of air traffic control, and sorts out possible problems and solutions in the process of talent training, so as to provide ideas and methods for the construction of national first-class major in our university.
