On the New Strategies of Improving Young Teachers’ Teaching Abilities in Colleges and Universities

随着普通本科院校规模的发展,青年教师队伍逐渐壮大,然而青年教师缺乏专业系统的培训和课堂教学经验,因此提升普通本科院校青年教师的教学能力是亟需解决的问题。本文从国家、学校和自身发展等三个层面分析了提升青年教师教学能力的必要性,进而对青年教师教学能力提升的新策略进行了探讨,为普通本科院校青年教师能力提升提供了重要参考价值。

With the development of colleges and universities, the number of young teachers is increasing. However, young teachers lack professional system training and classroom teaching experience. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to improve the teaching ability of young teachers. In this paper, the necessity of improving the teaching ability for young teachers was analyzed from the three levels of country, school and self-development. And then the new strategies were discussed for improving the teaching ability. These provide important reference value for the improvement of the young teachers’ ability in colleges and universities.
