幼儿教师职业幸福感的调查研究——以平顶山为例

摘要 通过使用问卷调查法,对来自平顶山地区199位幼儿教师的职业幸福感进行调查,研究发现幼儿教师职业幸福感现状不容乐观;公立幼儿园教师职业幸福感高于私立幼儿园,且存在显著差异;学历为本科及以上的幼儿教师职业幸福感显著高于学历为大专、高中及中专的幼儿教师;职务为管理人员、园长的职业幸福感显著高于班主任、其他教师。研究进一步从不同维度幼儿教师职业幸福感现状进行了分析,并提出了相应的教育建议:正确认识幼儿教师职业;提高幼儿教师薪资待遇;营造民主、和谐的园所环境。 This study, by testing 199 preschool teachers from Pingdingshan with the questionnaire, aims to explore the professional happiness of preschool teachers. The results show the following: the professional happiness of preschool teachers is not so good;there are significant differences in professional happiness of preschool teachers with different kindergarten level;the professional happiness of kindergarten teachers with a bachelor’s degree or above is significantly higher than that of kindergarten teachers with a college, high school or technical secondary school degree;the professional happiness of the manager and principal is significantly higher than that of the head teachers and other teachers. The study further analyzes the current situation of preschool teachers’ professional well-being from different dimensions, and puts forward corresponding educational suggestions: having a good understanding of preschool teachers’ profession;improving preschool teachers’ salaries;creating a democratic and harmonious kindergarten environment.
