This paper discusses the relationship and difference between “interaction” and “communication” in the process of classroom teaching, and emphasizes that teaching should go beyond formal “in-teraction” to “communication” touching the essence of teaching. Teachers should understand the regularity of students’ physical and mental development, pay full attention to the particularity of teaching objects, grasp the key opportunity, promote effective “communication” in teaching, and achieve “teaching” and the organic unity of “educating people”.
