从“互动”走向“交流”——课堂教学中的形式与实质探析

摘要 文章探讨了课堂教学过程中的“互动”和“交流”的联系与区别,强调教学应该超越形式上的“互动”,走向触及教学实质的“交流”,教师要了解学生身心发展的规律性,充分重视教学对象的特殊性,把握关键时机,促成教学中的有效“交流”,达到“教书”和“育人”的有机统一。 This paper discusses the relationship and difference between “interaction” and “communication” in the process of classroom teaching, and emphasizes that teaching should go beyond formal “in-teraction” to “communication” touching the essence of teaching. Teachers should understand the regularity of students’ physical and mental development, pay full attention to the particularity of teaching objects, grasp the key opportunity, promote effective “communication” in teaching, and achieve “teaching” and the organic unity of “educating people”.
