摘要
应用技术型本科高校作为顺应社会发展需求而出现的新兴办学模式,其培养目标区别于研究型和高职类院校,对办学中的各个方面都提出了不同的要求。首先,从教学与师资两方面论述了其办学特色;其次,论述了课堂翻转、过程化考核、校企合作/引企入教、线上线下混合教学等多项教学改革实践体会,给出了相应的实施措施,并指出应建立以教师为主导的良性循环机制。
Applied technology university is a new model for society development. It has different require-ments on many respects of school-running. Firstly, the characteristics of teaching and teacher resources are introduced. Secondly, some experiences on teaching reforms, such as flipped classroom, process assessment, school-enterprise cooperation, enterprises into the education and online and offline teaching, are stated, some corresponding steps are proposed, and building beneficent cycle based on teacher-centered is pointed out.
