南繁种业战略背景下水产动物遗传学实验课程教学改革探索

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Aquatic Animal Genetics Experiment under the Strategy of Aquaculture Breeding Industry in South China

水产动物遗传学实验课程是水产养殖专业人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是一门兼顾基础性和应用性的专业基础实践类课程。同时该课程内容是参与水产南繁种业战略实施所必需掌握的实践技能。改革以南繁育种海南基地的建设需求为导向,剖析水产动物遗传学实验课教学过程所发现的问题和不足,结合海南大学的教学环境、实验设备等实际情况,从优化教学内容、侧重引导、加强产业关联度、健全考核机制等方面对水产动物遗传学实验教学进行综合改革探索,旨在培养学生独立思考和自主创新的能力,为水产南繁种业的战略实施输送新型高素质的人才。

The experiment course of aquatic animal genetics is an important part of the talent training sys-tem of aquaculture specialty, and it is a basic and practical course. At the same time, the content of the course is the necessary practical skills to participate in the implementation of the strategy of aquaculture breeding. Based on the construction demand of Hainan breeding base in the south of China, this paper analyzed the problems and deficiencies found in the teaching process of aquatic animal genetics experiment, and combined with the actual teaching environment and experimental equipment of Hainan University, in order to cultivate the students’ ability of independent thinking and independent innovation, the comprehensive reform of experimental teaching of aquatic animal genetics was explored from the aspects of optimizing the teaching content, focusing on guidance, strengthening the industrial relevance and perfecting the examination mechanism, to transfer new high-quality talents for the strategic implementation of aquaculture breeding industry in South China.
