“立德树人”视域下新入职辅导员育人定位及实现路径初探

Preliminary Study on Educational Positioning and Implementation Path of New Counselors from the Perspective of “Cultivating People through Virtue”

新入职辅导员对自身角色定位及育人方式难免存在迷茫,而“立德树人”的提出为“培养什么人,怎样培养人”这一教育的根本问题做出了有力的回答,为我国高校思想政治教育提供了有效的发展途径。本文旨在通过“立德树人”的理论,阐述新任辅导员应当承担的育人责任,应掌握的育人方法,应明确的育人目标,应贯彻的育人原则,应落实的育人任务。

New counselors are inevitably confused about their role positioning and education modes. How-ever, the proposal of “cultivating people through virtue” provides a powerful answer to the fun-damental question of “who to cultivate and how to cultivate”, and provides an effective way for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. Based on the theory of “cultivating people through virtue”, this paper aims to explain the educational responsibilities that new counselors should undertake, the educational methods that should be mastered, the educational objectives that should be clear, the educational principles that should be carried out, and the educational tasks that should be implemented.
