新文科建设是我国文科创新发展的根本方法,通过学科交叉,实现知识增量和知识重组,稳固知识体系,坚定文化自信,为综合国力的提高和创新人才的培养铺设道路。人力资源管理专业的新文科建设要坚定人才培养、理念建设、知识扩建和文化传播的重要目的,通过“三全育人”模式——课程育人、组织育人、文化育人,为建设新文科开辟高效、便捷的新路径,培养符合时代发展需要和具备中国特色文化发展需要的创新型复合人才,为民族复兴和构建人类命运共同体打下坚实的人才基础。
