智能制造类课程实训创新协同育人平台建设路径研究

摘要 智能制造类课程实训不仅承担着课堂理论知识的验证与升华,更重要的是要模拟特定应用案例场景,强化学生对新技术新成果在工业生产中的应用性训练。考虑新型机器人专业实验室和机器视觉实验室实训教学中急需相应案例的技术指导和技术协作,因此联合新成果新技术企业协同打造智能制造类课程实训育人基地的建设,已成为满足“新工科课程实训创新”的重要保证。面对创新性、实践性、操作性持续发展、竞争格局异常激烈的智能制造类课程,充分利用企业技术资源和人力资源及具有高新技术成果引领的平台是新工科学生知识技能不断提高的有效手段,智能制造类课程实训创新协同育人平台是日新又新的工程教育不可或缺的重要部分。 The practical training of intelligent manufacturing courses not only undertakes the verification and sublimation of classroom theoretical knowledge, but also simulates specific application case scenarios and strengthens students’ application training of new technologies and new achieve-ments in industrial production. Considering that there is an urgent need for technical guidance and technical cooperation of corresponding cases in the training teaching of new robot profes-sional laboratory and Machine Vision Laboratory, the construction of training and educating base for intelligent manufacturing courses in cooperation with new achievements and new technology enterprises has become an important guarantee to meet the “training innovation of new engineering courses”. In the face of intelligent manufacturing courses with innovative, practical and operational sustainable development and extremely fierce competition, making full use of enterprise technical resources and human resources and a platform led by high-tech achievements is an effective means for new engineering students to continuously improve their knowledge and skills, Intelligent manufacturing course training innovation collaborative education platform is an indispensable part of the new and new engineering education.
