新医科建设背景下护理专业学生实践创新能力培养模式的探究 被引量:2

摘要 新医科建设给高等护理教育带来了新的变革,通过对修订护理学专业人才培养方案、调整护理专业培养目标提出建设性意见,探讨新医科建设背景下护理专业学生实践创新能力的培养模式。从学生和教师两个角度分别探讨分析在新医科建设中,建设创新型学习环境、建立健全创新激励机制、用好“互联网+”网络教育平台等培养学生实践创新能力。紧跟新医科建设,以“生命全周期、健康全过程”医学新理念为指导,对接新时代护理岗位需求,探讨构建护理新型课程体系,使学生在创新学习上、教师在创新教学上取得双赢。构建系统完善的实践创新能力培养体系,并对其进行规范化管理,提升护理专业学生的实践创新能力。 The construction of new medical science has brought new changes to higher nursing education. We discuss the training mode of nursing students'practical innovation ability under the background of the new medical science comstruction by revising the training plan of nursing professionals and adjusting the training objectives of nursing majors. From the perspectives of students and teachers, we will explore and analyze the construction of new medical science, build an innovative learning environment, establish and improve the innovation incentive mechanism, and make good use of the “Internet+” online education platform to cultivate students’ practical innovation ability. Closely following the construction of new medical science and using data analysis, students and teachers can achieve a win-win situation in innovative learning and in innovative teaching, respectively. Improve the practical innovation ability of nursing students by building a systematic and perfect training system of practical innovation ability and carrying out standardized management.
