人才培养是高校的根本任务,学风建设是高校实现育人功能的关键渠道,是学生思想政治工作中的重要环节。培养新时代高校良好学风也是一项具有重大实践意义的工程。对于学校来说,应该认真坚持“以学生为中心”的教学宗旨,深刻分析学校当前校风学风建设中出现问题的成因,并采取不断建立健全校风学风机制、强化促教风树师德、优化学校文化氛围、完善学校服务和管理制度等多维途径重塑优秀校风,从而将学生由被动的旁观者逐步调动为积极的参与者,以培育全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

The cultivation of talents is the fundamental task of colleges and universities, and the construction of academic style is the key channel to realize the function of education, and is an important link in students’ ideological and political work. It is also a project of great practical significance to cultivate a good style of study in colleges and universities in the new era. For schools, we should conscientiously adhere to the “student-centered” teaching objective, deeply analyze the causes of the problems in the construction of the current school atmosphere, rebuild the excellent school spirit by establishing and perfecting the mechanism of school spirit, strengthening the promotion of teaching spirit and cultivating teachers’ morality, optimizing the school cultural atmosphere, and perfecting the school service and management system. Thus, the students will be gradually transferred from passive bystanders to active participants, in order to cultivate all-around development of socialist builders and successors.
