新文科背景下高校德语专业ESP课程教学改革研究——以法律德语为例

摘要 近年来,随着新文科建设的全面启动,文科专业建设面临着新的时代使命和挑战,急需培养出符合未来社会和经济发展需求的新型人才。在这一时代背景下,外语学科专业人才培养需要重新进行战略定位,在固本强元的基础上打开学科边界,推进学科间的交叉与融合,培养会外语、精领域的涉外高素质人才才能更好地服务国家战略和满足社会需求。德语专业在新文科背景下应积极探索以内容为依托的ESP课程教学改革的路径,在学科发展与人才培养方面开辟更广阔的发展空间。本文以法律德语课程为例,针对现有教学中存在的问题,重新厘清其课程定位、教学目标、教材编撰和教学模式的问题,旨在优化课程教学,促进教学改革。 In recent years, with the full launch of the new liberal arts campaign, the construction of liberal arts majors is facing missions and challenges in the new era, and it is urgent to cultivate new tal-ents that meet the demands of future social and economic development. Under such a historical background, the cultivation of foreign language professionals should be re-strategized to open up discipline boundaries on the basis of strengthening basics and enhancing elements, promote the intersection and integration of disciplines, and cultivate high-quality foreign-related talents who master foreign languages and specialize in certain fields so as to better serve national strategies and meet social needs. Under the context of the new liberal arts, German majors should actively explore the reform paths of content-based ESP course teaching, and explore a broader development space in terms of discipline development and talent training. Taking the course of Legal German as an example, this paper re-clarified the problems of the course orientation, teaching objectives, textbook compilation, and teaching mode in view of the existing problems in teaching, aiming to optimize the course teaching and promote the teaching reform.
