教育“双减”政策背景下,减量提质的作业观对教师的专业能力和综合素质提出了更高的要求。小学数学教师如果没有树立正确的作业观,如果作业设计不合理会直接导致学生作业压力大且学习效果不好。教师应该合理规划作业数量,减少家庭作业和传统机械式作业,构建有意义的作业模式。在减量的同时,教师还需遵循各种教育教学原则科学设计,布置符合学生全方位发展的高质量作业,激发学生学习数学的兴趣并为未来的学习打下坚实的基础。
