摘要
针对软件项目必须按既定计划完成、而多数学生项目开发进度和开发质量难以保证的矛盾和企业以发展和盈利为核心、学校以育人为核心而导致的工程实践能力培养先天不足问题,本文提出一种面向实践能力的逆向CDIO培养模式,按CDIO相反的顺序(即实现能力、设计能力、构思能力和运作能力)培养学生的工程实践能力,以校企合作校内实践基地为核心依托,以研发真实软件产品为目标,以研发真实软件项目为载体,建立按能力分层、责权明确的学生梯队,并相应给出了在具体教学实践中的实施要点。
In view of the contradiction that software projects must be completed according to the established plan, and it is difficult to guarantee the project development progress and development quality of most students, as well as the congenital deficiency in the cultivation of engineering practice ability caused by enterprises taking development and profit as the core and schools taking education as the core, this paper puts forward a reverse CDIO training mode for practical ability, which trains students’ engineering practical ability according to the reverse order of CDIO (i.e. realization ability, design ability, conception ability and operation ability), based on the practice base of school enterprise cooperation, taking the research and development of real software products as the goal, taking the research and development of real software project as the carrier and establishing a student echelon with clear responsibilities and rights according to ability. Finally, this paper gives the implementation points in the specific teaching practice.
