研究生专业课课程思政改革的实践与探索——以内蒙古农业大学研究生《食品质量与安全控制专题》课程为例

摘要 《食品质量与安全控制专题》是为农业硕士专业学位食品加工与安全领域开设的一门公共学位必修课程,专业课本身具有较强的理论性与实践指导性。本研究结合课程的特殊性,深入挖掘食品质量与安全控制专题课程的思政元素。对食品质量与安全控制专题课程思政改革的重要性及意义进行了分析,提出了可行的具体实践方法。结果表明,在教学过程中融入思政元素可进一步提高其教学效果,对推行课程思政工作具有正向的积极作用。 The special topic of “Food Quality and Safety Control” is a compulsory course for public degree in the field of food processing and safety for the professional degree of master of Agriculture, which has strong theoretical and practical guidance. Combined with the particularity of the course, this study deeply excavates the ideological and political elements of the special course of “Food Quality and Safety Control”. In this study, the importance and significance of ideological and political reform of this course were analyzed, and feasible practical methods were put forward. The results showed that the integration of ideological and political elements in the teaching process could further improve the teaching effect, and had a positive effect on the implementation of curriculum ideological and political reform.
