新时代背景下,医学类高等本科院校,为深化医学教育教学改革,在少数民族地区,面对教学师资等资源不充足、传统医学理论单一等问题,发挥传统民族医学、医药特色,融合各基础学科,发展改革教育教学方案,探索创新性教学方法,运用新媒体“互联网+”平台等资源,整合教师力量紧跟学科前沿进展,培养全面的高水平复合型医学类人才。在教育改革实践过程中,因地制宜,摸索出少数民族地区高等医学院校卓越医学人才培养的新方案。
